I hear you. Had the same damn problem with Best Buy and UPS, I will never purchase a thing from Best Buy again. I called within an hour of placing the order and they couldn't change anything for me. Yet it took two days for a freaking tracking number, are you kidding me? How could they not change it. I am just sitting here pissed off I wasted my time talking to countless representatives over the past two days to get absolutely nothing accomplished. But hey, glad to hear I'm not the only one who dealt with the debacle.

I moved to Chatfield, MN where the only signal strength is EDGE. Grabs 3G fine in coverage areas like Rochester, MN.

Also, the thing is hard to kill... even when I slammed it on the floor in a moment of rage and cracked when it bounched and hit the rail, the phone's touch sensors work like nothing happened. An expensive ($120 to replace both the screen and digitizer) action, but well, what is done is done and the phone still works.
